The Call Guy

Your campaign line

One local number.
Every campaign. Every reply.

The caller ID on your voicemails, the sender of your follow-up texts, and the line customers text and call back.

The Inbox: the conversation list on the left, Marcus L.’s conversation open in the middle with the delivered voicemail at its top, and who he is on the right.
The Inbox, as it opens. A fictional conversation, shown to illustrate the flow; names and numbers are not real.
  • The caller ID

Every voicemail shows your campaign line, so a customer who calls the number back reaches you.

  • The sender

Your follow-up text leaves from the same number, signed with your name and your mailing address.

  • The number they call back

Calls to the line ring the phone you choose. Nothing changes on your phones — nothing to port, nothing to forward.

Callbacks

A callback rings
the phone you choose.

Set it once for the account, or campaign by campaign. Their own number shows on your screen, not ours.

The Settings row “Send callbacks to”, holding the number that rings: (403) 555-0100.
Settings, as it is today. Example workspace.
  • Per campaign

Each campaign can point somewhere else — the sales desk for a sales event, the service desk for reminders.

  • Their number shows

The call arrives showing the customer’s own number, so you know who is calling before you pick up.

  • Logged per campaign

Every call to the line is logged with the campaign it came from. Counts calls to that number only.

The follow-up text

A short text,
a few minutes later.

Only after a voicemail is delivered, only to mobiles, and only between 9 and 9 in the customer’s own time.

A fictional conversation. The text ends with the business’s own name, mailing address and line — the footer the law asks for, and no link.
  • About seven to nine minutes after

A delivered voicemail — never before one, never without one. One text per person per campaign.

  • Mobiles only, 9 to 9 their time

Landlines are skipped automatically. A text never lands outside 9 AM–9 PM in the customer’s time zone.

  • Your name signs it, no links

Your business name, mailing address and the line end every text, then “Reply STOP to opt out.” No links — they only lower delivery.

The Inbox

Replies come back
to your dashboard.

One conversation per customer, the voicemail they heard at the top of it, and a reply box that sends from the same number.

Marcus L.’s conversation in the Inbox: the delivered voicemail for Fall service reminders, the follow-up text, his reply, the business’s answer, and the reply box.
The Inbox, as it is today. A fictional conversation; names and numbers are not real.
  • From the same number

Your answer leaves from your campaign line, so the customer sees one number from the voicemail to the reply.

  • Only after they text first

You can reply to someone who wrote to you — never start a text conversation cold. That is the guardrail, and it is built in.

  • Replies are free

Answering from your Inbox costs nothing, however many times the conversation goes back and forth.

Alerts

You hear about a reply
the moment it lands.

A text to up to three mobiles and an email to your sign-in address, each with a way straight into the conversation.

Both alerts, as the product writes them. A fictional conversation.
  • Up to three mobiles

The people who answer replies — a manager, the desk, you — each get the text the moment a customer writes.

  • Email, too

Every reply arrives by email as well, with the campaign it belongs to, sent to your sign-in address.

  • A missed callback, too

If a callback rings out unanswered, an email tells you who called and when — so you can call them back from any phone. Counts calls to that number only.

The guardrails

One STOP
stops everything.

Opt-outs are honoured across both channels, every text campaign records its permission basis, and the line only ever reaches Canadian numbers.

The automatic reply to STOP, in both languages, signed by the business. A fictional conversation.
  • Texts and voicemails, together

A STOP adds the number to your opted-out list and blocks the next voicemail as well — before anything else is sent.

  • The permission basis, every time

Express permission, a purchase within two years, or an inquiry within six months — recorded on every text campaign.

  • Canadian numbers, Canadian recipients

Your line is a Canadian local number, and it texts and rings Canadian numbers only.

The rates

Priced on its own.
Never folded into your credits.

Your voicemail credits stay exactly as they are. The line and its texts are added to any account, each at its own rate.

Your campaign line

$10 a month

One local Canadian number, invoiced monthly on its own: the caller ID on every voicemail, the sender of your follow-up texts, and the line customers call and text back. Calls to it ring the phone you choose and are logged per campaign.

Counts calls to that number only. Up to 5 numbers per account; release one any time.

Follow-up texts

$0.10 per text sent

A short text from your campaign line about seven minutes after a delivered voicemail — mobiles only, between 9 and 9 their time. Replies land in your Inbox and cost nothing.

Charged only when a text actually goes out. Landlines, opted-out numbers and people who already replied cost nothing.

Extra voice clones

$15 each

3 cloned voices are included with every account — yours, your team's, or a house voice. Add more whenever the team grows.

One-time, per voice. Ask us from your dashboard.
