“This is my voice, and I’m letting The Call Guy clone it —

just this once, just for this demo.

I want to hear a voicemail that sounds exactly like me.”

Read for ten seconds. Your clone builds, speaks once, then deletes itself.

Hi Jordan, it’s Nicole calling from Hillside Auto. There’s an open safety recall on your Malibu — the repair is free, it’s covered by the manufacturer, parts are here, and it takes under an hour. We just need to get it scheduled. Call us back at 587-331-9189, and we’ll find a time that works.

After the voicemail

Replies land in your Inbox.

Your campaign line: one local number that signs your voicemails, sends a short follow-up text, and brings every customer’s reply into your dashboard Inbox.

Every conversation starts with the voicemail they heard, at the top. Press play to hear it.

Callback tracking

Every callback, logged to the campaign.

A voicemail ends with your number. When a customer calls it, the store knows who called, which campaign they heard, and whether anyone picked up.

  1. Every call to your campaign line is matched to the campaign the caller heard: who, when, how long, and whether anyone picked up.

  2. If the desk rings out, the row says so, the store is e-mailed, and Call back dials them from any phone.

  3. Each callback and each first text reply leaves as one ADF lead to the intake address you save — the campaign, the number, what they heard.

  4. The service desk, the BDC, a cell — per campaign or for the whole store. Nothing to port, nothing to install.

How it runs

From your DMS to callbacks.

One list, your team’s voice, and a campaign you approve before it goes out.

1 of 4 · Your part

Bring the list

A CSV from your DMS: names, numbers, and the fields you want spoken.

Book a walk-through

About ten minutes of your time: write the script, hear the takes, sign off. Our team checks every campaign before it sends.

Works with what you run

Lists out of your DMS. Leads into your CRM.

Nothing to install. Your list leaves the DMS as a CSV. With a campaign line and your CRM’s intake address saved, what comes back arrives there as a lead.

Your DMS sends the list

Any DMS that exports a CSV: export the list, upload it to the campaign.

The rules every campaign runs on

Built for a dealership’s reputation.

  1. 1

    Consent-first, in calling hours

Your own customers, on a consent-first basis, inside CRTC-regulated local calling hours across Canada.

  2. 2

A Canadian number they call back

Every drop shows a Canadian caller ID you answer — the callback lands at the store, not in a queue.

  3. 3

    Billed on delivered, only

Prepaid bundles in Canadian dollars. A credit is spent on a delivered voicemail — misses come back, credits never expire.

  4. 4

    A human checks every campaign

You approve the script and hear real takes; our team gives every dealership campaign a final check before it sends.

How we keep campaigns compliant

We decline, pause or cancel any campaign we believe breaks the law or our terms.
