The campaign

The maturity list, called before the deadline. Twice, if they’re still deciding.

  1. The list.

Export the leases maturing in the next three to four months from your DMS: names, numbers, vehicle and the month each lease ends. Add owners of the models you want back on the lot for a trade-up campaign.

  2. The timing.

A first voicemail three to four months before maturity gives the customer time to choose. A second, about 60 days out, reaches the ones still deciding.

  3. The answer.

The voice is someone they know at the store, the GM or their consultant, and the callback rings the BDC. Add a campaign line and they can reply to a short text instead of calling.

Scripts

Lease-end and trade-up scripts to start from. The green words come from your list.

Lease end, first notice

Three to four months before maturity

“Hi Priya, it’s Walt at Hillside Auto. Your Rogue lease comes up in March, and you have more options than the paperwork shows: turn it in, buy it out, or move into something newer early. It’s worth ten minutes before the date decides for you. Call me back at 587-331-9189.”

Lease end, second notice

About 60 days out

“Hi Priya, it’s Walt again at Hillside Auto. Your lease ends in March, about two months from now. If you’d like to see your options side by side, I can have them ready before you come in. Call me back at 587-331-9189.”

Trade-up appraisal

Whenever a model is trading strong

“Hi Dan, it’s Jeff, general manager at Hillside Auto. Trucks like your Tacoma are trading strong right now, and you may have more equity than you think. An appraisal takes ten minutes, and the number is yours either way. Call me back at 587-331-9189.”

Questions

Ask us on a call

Leases maturing in the next three to four months, exported from your DMS with each customer’s name, number, vehicle and maturity month. A second campaign about 60 days out reaches the ones still deciding.

Yes. Any column on your list can be spoken: first name, vehicle, the month the lease ends, the consultant’s name. You hear real takes before you approve, and a message for each lead costs the same credits as one take for everyone.

Someone the customer knows: the GM, the BDC manager or their own sales consultant. Every account includes three cloned voices, so each campaign can pick its own.

Yes. Every campaign goes only to people who gave your store permission to hear from it, whatever it offers. You confirm that for each list, and the team checks every campaign before it sends.

Every campaign follows the same rules: your customers’ permission comes first, a person on the team checks every campaign before it sends, voicemails go out only inside regulated calling hours, and an opt-out is honoured across your whole account. Nothing here is legal advice; for a question about your own list, ask the team. The rules themselves, in plain words: Are voicemail drops legal in Canada?

Yes. Add a campaign line to your account ($10 a month): one local number that signs your voicemails and, about seven to nine minutes after a delivered voicemail, sends a short text to mobiles only, between 9 AM and 9 PM their time. Replies land in your dashboard Inbox and your team answers from the same number. One STOP stops the texts and the voicemails together.

Nothing extra: it's included with every bundle. One credit per delivered voicemail covers the voicemail and its follow-up text, misses come back to your balance, and replies cost nothing. One text per voicemail, never a second.

Voicemail from Hillside Auto0:19

“Hi Sarah, it’s Heather at Hillside Auto. Your Equinox is coming due for its regular service: oil, filters and a proper once-over before road trip season. We’ve got openings next week, and it’s usually about an hour. Call me back at 587-331-9189 and I’ll get you booked in.”

A twenty-minute walk-through on Zoom: the dashboard, a campaign, your questions. Nothing is sent to your list.
