Sales event

Every lead still deciding, invited before the event closes.

Every take here is a real render in a house voice. Yours send in your voice or your team’s.

The campaign

Leads who asked, followed up in order. While they’re still deciding.

  1. The list.

Export the leads from your CRM who asked about a vehicle and haven’t bought: names, numbers, the vehicle and the consultant they spoke to. Only leads who gave your store permission to hear from it; an inquiry form with a consent box is the usual record.

  2. The timing.

A first voicemail a few days after the lead goes quiet, and a last one a week or two later. Leads who call back, reply or opt out leave the sequence.

  3. The answer.

The callback rings the BDC, and the consultant’s name is in the voicemail, so the call goes to someone the lead already spoke to. Add a campaign line and leads can reply to a short text instead, straight into your dashboard Inbox.

“Hi Alex, it’s Megan at Hillside Auto. You asked about the RAV4 a few days ago, and I wanted to make sure you got everything you needed. It’s still here, and I can hold a test drive for you this week. Call me back at 587-331-9189.”

After a showroom visit

Two or three days after the visit

“Hi Chris, it’s Megan at Hillside Auto. Thanks for coming in to see the Ascent on Saturday. If you’re still weighing it up, I’m happy to go over the numbers again or line up a second drive. Call me back at 587-331-9189.”

The last check-in

Two weeks later, to leads who haven’t answered

“Hi Alex, it’s Megan again at Hillside Auto. I don’t want to crowd you, so this is my last message about the RAV4. If you’re still looking, I’d love to help. Call me at 587-331-9189 whenever it suits you.”

Questions

Asked by dealerships.

Ask us on a call

Leads who gave your store permission to hear from it, such as an inquiry form with a consent box. You confirm consent for each list before a campaign can move on, and anyone who opts out is never sent another voicemail from your account.

No. It sends the follow-ups your team doesn’t have the hours for, in a voice from the team, and the callbacks come to the BDC to work. The calls your team makes stay as they are.

Yes. Any column from your CRM export can be spoken: first name, the vehicle, the consultant’s name, the day they came in. You hear real takes before you approve, and a message for each lead costs the same credits as one take for everyone.

The consultant or the BDC agent the lead spoke to. Every account includes three cloned voices, so your busiest consultants can each have a voice of their own.

Every campaign follows the same rules: your customers’ permission comes first, a person on the team checks every campaign before it sends, voicemails go out only inside regulated calling hours, and an opt-out is honoured across your whole account. Nothing here is legal advice; for a question about your own list, ask the team. The rules themselves, in plain words: Are voicemail drops legal in Canada?

Yes. Add a campaign line to your account ($10 a month): one local number that signs your voicemails and, about seven to nine minutes after a delivered voicemail, sends a short text to mobiles only, between 9 AM and 9 PM their time. Replies land in your dashboard Inbox and your team answers from the same number. One STOP stops the texts and the voicemails together.

Nothing extra: it's included with every bundle. One credit per delivered voicemail covers the voicemail and its follow-up text, misses come back to your balance, and replies cost nothing. One text per voicemail, never a second.

Voicemail from Hillside Auto0:19

“Hi Sarah, it’s Heather at Hillside Auto. Your Equinox is coming due for its regular service: oil, filters and a proper once-over before road trip season. We’ve got openings next week, and it’s usually about an hour. Call me back at 587-331-9189 and I’ll get you booked in.”

A twenty-minute walk-through on Zoom: the dashboard, a campaign, your questions. Nothing is sent to your list.
