Bundles and prices
The four credit bundles, the rate per delivered voicemail, the bundle prices in Canadian dollars, and what every bundle includes.
Credits come in four bundles. The bigger the bundle, the lower the rate you pay for each delivered voicemail. Every price is in Canadian dollars, before GST/HST.
The four bundles
Credit bundles, in Canadian dollars
| Bundle | Rate per delivered voicemail | Bundle price |
|---|---|---|
| 500 credits | $1.10 | $550 |
| 1,500 credits | $0.90 | $1,350 |
| 3,000 creditsMost popular | $0.80 | $2,400 |
| 10,000 credits | $0.55 | $5,500 |
The bundle price is the number of credits times the rate. One credit pays for one delivered voicemail.
What every bundle includes
Personalization. A campaign's message can be "a message for each lead" or "one take for everyone". Both spend the same credits at the same price.
The follow-up text. When a campaign sends a follow-up text after a delivered voicemail, the text is included with that voicemail.
Credits that last 12 months. Unused credits wait for your next campaign.
Payment only for delivery. A credit is spent only on a delivered voicemail. A returned voicemail never costs one.
The review step of every purchase lists the same four: "Spent only on a delivered voicemail", "Misses come straight back", "Credits never expire" and "Each voicemail's follow-up text included".
See the bundles on your dashboard
Open Billing in the sidebar. The Credits page opens.
Select Buy credits at the top of the page.
What you see
a dialog titled Choose a bundle. Each bundle is a row with its credits, its rate "per delivered voicemail" and its price. From the second bundle on, the row also says how much lower its rate is than the smallest bundle's.
Pick a bundle and select Continue to review it, or Cancel to close the dialog.
Paying for the bundle you picked is covered in Buy credits.
The tag on one bundle
The 3,000 bundle is tagged Most popular, and it is the one chosen when the dialog opens, every time. Pick another row to change it.
Before your first purchase
While your balance is empty and nothing has ever been added to it, the Credits page shows Buy your first credits instead of your balance.
ExampleWhat you see
"Credits are prepaid, and one is spent only on a delivered voicemail. Misses come straight back, and credits never expire." Under it, the bundles as a list, with the 3,000 bundle already chosen and tagged Most popular, then "Paid by a QuickBooks invoice in CAD. Your rate is locked when you buy."
Continue opens the review of the bundle you chose.
Compare bundles opens the Choose a bundle dialog.
GST and HST
Bundle prices are before tax. QuickBooks adds GST or HST to the invoice, by the province your account declared when you signed up:
HST in Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island.
GST in every other province and territory, Quebec included.
GST when no province is on file.
Good to know
The dashboard sells these four bundles only, always at the published price. A request for any other amount is refused with "Pick one of the published bundles."
GST or HST is added to the bundle's price on the invoice, by the province on file for your account. See GST and HST.
Your rate is locked when you buy. Credits keep the rate of the bundle they were bought in.
A campaign line number is priced on its own, by the month. See Paying for your campaign line.
