The number I picked is gone
The number you chose was taken before your order went through. Nothing was ordered; pick another from the list, which is always live.
The numbers you choose from are the carrier's live list. Nothing is held for you while you look, so a number shown a minute ago may be taken by someone else before your order goes through.
What you see
What you see
the number and the words "was just taken by someone else. Here is what is available now." Your choice is cleared and the list reads itself again.
Nothing was ordered for that number, and no invoice was raised for it.
Pick another number
Look at the fresh list under Choose your number.
ExamplePick a number, then select Next.
Confirm it as before.
If the list is empty
When your area code has few or no numbers today, the list adds other numbers from the same province, and says which area code was empty.
When a province has nothing at all, the page reads "Nothing to choose from here today." New numbers arrive most days: try another area code or province under Area code or city or Or a province, or select Refresh the list.
Good to know
Every number is the same monthly price, whichever you pick.
No page promises a particular area code. The list shows what the carrier has today.
