My script won't continue
Next stays grey on the message. A detail your list doesn't have, a stray brace, a contact who would hear almost nothing, or a voicemail over 700 characters. Here is the fix for each.
The builder checks your message against every contact on your list before you sign. While something would play wrong for even one contact, Next stays grey on Voice and message. Beside it, the bar says what it waits for: "The script needs a fix: see the note under it". Select those words to jump to the note, which says what to fix.
"One detail is not in your list"
The script names a detail, in double braces, that no column of your list holds. It would play silent in every voicemail.
Read the band. It shows the detail in question.
Select Did you mean and the column it suggests, if that is the one you meant.
Or take the detail out, or add one of your columns with the + buttons under the script.
What you see
the band leaves, and Next comes back once every detail matches a column.
A stray brace
A brace that is not part of a whole detail would be read aloud.
In A message for each lead, every
{{needs its}}, around a column's name.In One take for everyone, the message is one recording for the whole list, so it holds no details and no braces at all. Take them out.
Contacts who would hear almost nothing
When a contact's cell is blank for a detail, and the detail has no word to say instead, their message can come out under 10 characters.
Find When a contact has a blank under the script. Each detail with blanks has a row: "contacts have none: give it a word".
Type the word to say instead, for example "there" for a missing first name.
What you see
the row keeps your word, and the line "would hear almost nothing until each detail has a word" leaves once every detail has one.
"Voicemails come out over 700 characters"
A contact's finished message, with their details filled in, is longer than 700 characters. Past 700 a contact is skipped at production.
Read the band. It names the longest message and whose it is.
Shorten the script until the band leaves.
Next is still grey
The message must be at least 10 characters. Until it is, the bar says "Write at least 10 characters of script".
The builder checks every contact again after each change. Give it a moment after you stop typing.
A band in amber is a warning, not a block. It says the voice will join two takes for a long message, and the join can be heard. You can trim it or keep it.
