Got a voicemail from a business using The Call Guy?

This page is for you if a voicemail or a text reached you from a business that uses The Call Guy. It says who we are and how to stop hearing from that business.

Who we are

The Call Guy is a service that Canadian businesses use to send recorded voicemails to their own customers and leads: a service reminder, an offer, a follow-up from a business you may already know. The business chose the message and the list. We produce and deliver it on their behalf.

• The business may also send one short follow-up text from its own local number, signed with its name and mailing address.

• We don't sell lists, and a business's list is never shared with another business.

Stop hearing from that business

1. Reply STOP to the text you received. ARRET works too.

2. Wait for the automatic reply. It confirms you are unsubscribed, in English and French.

If you got a voicemail and no text

Email contact@thecallguy.ca. Tell us the business's name and the number that was reached. We look into it and make sure your opt-out is honoured.

You can also email us if you believe the voicemail or the text should not have reached you, or if you simply want no further contact from that business.
