What each status means
Every status a campaign can show, from Uploading to Done, what it means and whether it waits on you.
Every campaign carries one status. The same word shows in the campaigns list, its quick look, the calendar and the campaign's own page. This page explains each one and what, if anything, it asks of you.
The statuses
| Status | What it means | What you do |
|---|---|---|
| Uploading | You submitted it and your list is still on its way to our team. | Nothing. |
| In review | Our team is reviewing it. Nothing goes out until our team approves it. | Nothing. You get an email when it is approved. |
| Needs changes | Our team asked for a change. Nothing goes out until you resubmit it and it is approved. | Read the note and resubmit. See Change or cancel a campaign. |
| In production | Approved. The voicemails are being made. | Nothing. |
| On hold | Approved, and held by our team. Nothing sends while it is held. | Read the reason on its page. See Why a campaign is on hold. |
| Scheduled | Checked and signed off by our team, and set to start on its day and time. | Nothing. To cancel or change it, message the team. |
| Sending | The voicemails are going out. Results show on its page as they land. | Watch the results. |
| Paused | Sending is paused. | Nothing. |
| Stopped | Sending stopped before the end of the list. | Nothing. |
| Done | Sending has finished. | Read the results. See A campaign's page. |
A campaign your store sends with Send on my own reads Getting ready in place of In review and In production: the dashboard's checks run and the audio is made, with nothing to wait for from our team. Its row says "The checks are running now", then "Checks passed. The audio is being made". It can also read Paused or Stopped because you paused or stopped it. See A campaign you send on your own.
Two tags beside the status
Needs credits: the campaign is waiting for a top-up. It sends only what your wallet can pay for, and the rest of the list waits. See When credits run short.
Draft: a campaign you started in the builder and did not submit. It sits at the top of the list. Select it to carry on.
Needs changes, On hold and Needs credits are the ones that wait on a person, and they read in amber. Every other status is a plain word.
Find campaigns by status
Open Campaigns in the sidebar.
Select Status in the filter bar.
Choose In review, Needs changes, Scheduled, On hold, Sending or Done.
What you see
The list shows only those campaigns.
The Status filter groups some statuses together:
In review holds Uploading and In review.
Scheduled holds In production, Scheduled and Paused.
Done holds Done and Stopped.
The view Needs you gathers every campaign that waits on a person: a change asked for, a hold, or a top-up. See Your campaigns and the calendar.
On a campaign's page
The status sits beside the campaign's name. While a campaign is in review, needs changes, is on hold, or is in production or scheduled, the page shows that state's own card, with Where it is, a short timeline. While it sends or is paused, a row of steps under the summary shows Submitted, In review, Scheduled, Sending and Done, each marked done, now or to come. See A campaign's page.
Good to know
A campaign never sends while it reads Uploading, In review, Needs changes or On hold.
No credit is spent before a campaign sends, whatever its status. A credit is spent only on a delivered voicemail.
